While Heaven and Earth is the easiest form to learn for the first time, it is known as “healing qigong” for its gentle movements and positive effects on the joints and soft tissues (muscles, fascia, ligaments and tendons) of the body.

What You Will Learn

Part 1

You will learn the choreography of the two-part Heaven and Earth Qigong form and the essential internal (neigong) techniques in the first nine lessons to open up your body, increase blood flow and engage the deeper qi flows of your body as practised by Water Method Taoists for 3,000 years.

9 x 90-minute lessons

Part 2:

Lessons 10-22 — learn, hone and refine more complex neigong and energetic techniques. Delve into Wood Element neigong and this unique weave of internal-energetic techniques to systematically and progressively make your body conscious.

13 x 90 minute lessons
